Five bedrooms across two floors on a 700 sqm corner plot in Ikate Elegushi. It was built over four years, and the finish reflects that patience — solid oak internal doors, honed travertine to the ground floor, and a kitchen that was designed around the room rather than dropped into it.

Borehole with treatment plant, 15 KVA inverter bank with lithium cells, and a 40 KVA standby generator in an acoustic housing. The compound takes four cars behind a sliding gate. Two-room boys' quarters at the rear, currently unoccupied.
