A single large parcel on the Ilashe foreshore with roughly ninety metres of direct water frontage. Access is by boat from the Ikoyi or VI jetties — about twenty minutes in normal water.

Title is a registered deed with a survey lodged at the Lagos State Surveyor-General's office. Sold as-is: the parcel has never been developed, and a buyer should budget for shoreline protection before any permanent structure goes up. We will introduce a coastal engineer who has worked this stretch.
